[Cagdu] Convention Ideas

Good evening, everyone:

Our California state convention is just around the corner, and CAGDU will have it’s annual seminar virtually on the morning of October 23. In order to make it as amazing as possible, we need your help.

What would you like to see at this year’s seminar? What do you feel would be most helpful to know for current and perspective guide dog users? Would you like panelists to answer questions about working a guide dog in various situations? Do you want to learn how to perform dog first-aid? Would you like the guide dog schools to talk about the process of getting a guide dog?

We want to hear from you! Please send any ideas about what you want to see at convention to me at Rachel.grider at gmail.com and copy our CAGDU president Tina Thomas; send your ideas no later than midnight on August 24 (two weeks from today), and be as specific as possible. Though we cannot use every idea for this convention, we can always consider some ideas for future meetings.
