I will sit in for our president, Tina Thomas, as she is currently training with a new guide dog. I strongly encourage all members to get the word about the meeting and especially about the work we are doing concerning the California Guide Dog Board for the Blind. I thought all y'all might want to read about the latest rules as the regulations have changed. For example, since the United States is considered a rabies controlled country a rabies titer test is no longer required.
