[Cagdu] CAGDU business

I believe that 8:00PM on a Tuesday will work. Now with that time slot, there
will be some ground rules. First, there will be a 2 minute rule for people
seaking the floor, no rehashing of the same topic, however, I will allow for
a healthy exchange on how to best procede with an ongoing issue. Now with
that said, I absolutely will not tolerate cross talking, and or unhealthy
desagreements. I am going to put together an agenda and if anyone has a
topic they would like to have discussed, then I would appreciate it if you
email me with the topic you want discussed. I will accept agenda items up
until Monday at midnight. So, I am really looking forward to working with
all of you and I know we will get a lot done in the upcoming year.
Thank you for your time and service.

I can make 8 pm work, too. I'd just ask then that we make the meeting
efficient because I get up pretty early right now. We had Convention
Planning meetings at 8:00 and it worked well, but it was because Jim kept
the agenda moving and we were usually done by 9:00. We can always use the
2-minute rule, or the one-minute rule.
