[Cagdu] Cagdu meeting

Hello Cagdu community- I hope you and your fury four legged friends are
having a wonderful summer. As for me and Karli, we are doing well and we
have just returned from our annual National Federation of the Blind
convention. We got to see old friends and make new ones. Now that we are
home there is work to be done. First order of business is the California
State board of guide dogs for the blind will be having a meeting via
conference call on July 20th at 1:00PM. And I would like to get as many of
us that we can to call in. At this meeting the situation concerning the
out-of-state schools providing follow-up services to their clients will be
on the agenda along with other items that are important to us. Second, I
would like to have a meeting on August 2, to discuss the findings of the CA
board and also begin to work on our state convention program as well as fund
raising. The meeting will be at 6:30pm. I will be sending the call in
information for the CA board meeting as well as our cagdu meeting in the
next few days. I will also send out a few reminders during the week so that
we can all try our best to attend the CA board meeting. If you have any
questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
