This is a great article written by someone who decided not to wait for the
Department of Justice to run their slow course. Unfortunately, DOJ is
overloaded and slow to respond to complaints.

Subject: Denied Access article
I recently had a run in with discrimination against myself and my guide dog
Balsam. I have written the attached short article explaining the steps I
took to resolve the issue. I feel that sharing my experience would be
beneficial to other guide dog users and the blind population in general but
unsure where it should be published. Perhaps this important information can
be presented in a future newsletter or you may have some ideas on how to use
it.
Thanks for your assistance.
If you have any questions or comments I can be reached at 562 225-6206.
Sincerely
Joe Landau
