The chapter meeting was called to order at 6:35. Present were: Shannon Dillon, Mike Hingson, Roger Oberholtzer, Ken Volonte and Robert Stigile on sax. Minutes were amended so that meeting date, last names of those present and date of financial statements are reflected. Robert got one of the Hilton staff, Greg Magee who will talk about the Hilton's pet friendly policy. Shannon got her law enforcement speaker. He will discuss law enforcement's roll when our guides are attacked. We talked about getting speakers, student speakers to talk about the various schools. Shannon is still having difficulty getting schools to come to our convention. Meeting ended at 7:15. I'd like to apologize for troubles getting minutes to you in a timely fashion. I've gone through 3 computer incarnations in the last couple months. Many times, I would send a message which would appear in my sent items folder, only to find out that nobody got it at all. The five copies minutes disaster happened because the document never appeared in sent items, and I would just keep trying to send it another way.
