Minutes June Meeting

    The meeting was called to order at 6:40.  Present were the gang of four: 
Ken, Shannon, Roger and Tina.  Minutes for the Apr. meeting were approved.

    Treasurer's report was read and approved. We showed a beginning balance 
of: $1728.90.  Deposits of $100.00  for candy money, $.02 interest. 
Withdrawal of $500.00 for Nagdu hot line leaving a closing balance of: 
$1328.92.

    We then discussed whether to order candy for sale at the national 
convention.  After much consideration, Ken made the motion to order candy 
only for the state convention.  Tina seconded the motion and it carried. 
Our main reason for opting not to sell World's Finest Chocolate was because 
of the heat and humidity of Florida, especially with people having to carry 
unsold cases back to their respective homes.

    Next, Tina reported on the progress of the hot line.  She said that a 
choriculum was being developed and staff were being trained to work the hot 
line.

    Meeting adjourned at 7:25.
