Today, the Department’s revised ADA regulations were published in the Federal Register.  The revised regulations amend the Department’s title II regulation, 28 C.F.R. Part 35 for State and local governments, and the title III regulation, 28 C.F.R. Part 36 for places of public accommodations and commercial facilities.  The final rules take effect on March 15, 2010.
