"woman and guide dog refused." One would think that guide dogs have been 
around enough that this wouldn't happen any more, then a story like this 
comes around.  I feel for  Ms. Nuroni and her fear of dogs.  It's too bad 
that she's not seen fit to deal with it in her entire life.  No, this is an 
excuse for a willful refusal to adapt to the situation.  Prozac comes in a 
generic form now.
