Hi all.  I'm responding to this message from Ms. Sorrick because the 
annoyance and harassment doesn't just happen at grocery stores.  We guide 
dog users have had our week ends jarred by suburban curs, also called 
"comfort dogs" or "enabling dogs", and I for one have had enough.  It starts 
in the spring and occurs with disturbing regularity at out door cafes, just 
outside stores where we want to go, in theaters, at concert venues and on 
and on.  The strangest place for me happened at the funeral for my aunt when 
the service was interrupted by a screaming yorky and a growling snapping 
Chihuahua.
