[Cagdu] documents for June 23 board meeting

Thanks Robert.  I apologize for all of the attachments.  I wanted to send the e-mail as I received them to make sure that they all got to the list, because there were so many e-mail and attachments to keep track of.  I didn't mean to make it worse by sending two sets.  I can explain why I sent from two e-mail addresses later.

 

Anyway, sorry for the duplicates and all the attachments.  There is a lot of good information in there.
