[Cagdu] time of meeting January 9

[Michael Hingson]

Hi,

You raise a good point. I wonder if we might find a different day to meet?
Three hours of meetings on a Sunday evening is a lot. If a different day is
not in the cards then I'd rather see us go straight into the CAGDU board
meeting.

Also, given that for this particular meeting day NAGDU happens to be meeting
how about using the same call-in number if Marion is willing so CAGDU
members can hear part or all of the NAGDU meeting.

Merry Christmas,

Mike Hingson

Subject: [Cagdu] time of meeting January 9

Hi everyone:

It has been brought to my attention that the NAGDU meeting on January 9 is
scheduled to run until 6:30, the beginning time for CAGDU. Please let me
know if you want to move the time for CAGDU to start at 7:00 to give people
an opportunity to eat between the meetings. Alternatively, we could keep
the CAGDU meeting at the 6:30 time, and remind those who need to eat during
the meeting to please mute themselves so we don't all share their meals with
them. Please let me know what you prefer.
