Minutes Nov. Meeting

	The meeting started at 6:30.  Present were: Shannon, Roger, Tina, Juliette, Peter and Ken.  Minutes of the short Oct. meeting were read and approved.  

	Much of the meeting centered around Ken’s motion during the Oct. meeting to send $500.00 to NAGDU’s proposed hotline.  Robert said that many other aphiliates of NFB had not given money Tina and Juliette felt that this was too much money to send to NAGDU for a line cite unseen.  Shannon said that she would like for all maters involving money be put on the agenda so that we wouldn’t be caught by surprise next time.  

	Robert moved that we wait to send money until such time as we’ve had a chance to use the line and see how it worked.  Both Ken and Tina seconded the motion which was adopted.  

	We then moved on to the question of doing a seminar in Stockton.  Tina and Shannon are gathering names of colleges in the area.  Ken is researching phacilities we might use as well as informing churches in the area so that blind congregants will know of the seminar.  We’d like to hold this, our third  seminar either in May or Sept. 2011.  

	Meeting adjourned at 7:30.
