[Cagdu] training issue

Hi all.  Last Monday, I hand delivered a letter to city hall regarding Billy 
and the impoundment of the dog who attacked him.  In a letter dated Apr. 21, 
the police chief stated that the responding officers did have the authority 
to impound the dog, that a further clarification of section 60802.1 would be 
written into the law and that officers would receive further training in 
this issue.

    Decisions are made by people who show up.  If you've got a problem, make 
city officials aware of what you're facing.    I'm anxious to see the new 
clarified law.
