Hi Juliet.  I hope to see you at convention, but don't push yourself if 
you're not ready.  We have a tendency in this federation to push ourselves a 
little too hard and sometimes it is at our own peril.  I know I wasn't quite 
ready to go to a leadership conference after my heart attack and I paid for 
it in the days after.  So rest up, eat your chicken soup and do what they
