Hi Shannon and all.  This is General Order 2 for SF Animal Control.

    "In cases in which officers responding to an attack on a guide dog while
in performance of his duty,the officers shall immediately impound the
offending dog".  I would add, "for evaluation or disposal". Ken Volonte,
