New Pet Relief Area at Nashville International Airport
Nashville International Airport (BNA) recently opened a pet relief area for
its customers' service animals. This area is located on the north side of
the third level, which is the ticketing level, of the terminal. Please note
that service animals anywhere on airport property, including the pet relief
area, should be leashed at all times.
Directions to Pet Relief Area
>From Short-term Parking Garage:
* If parked on the second level of the garage, take the elevator in
the garage to the third level. Proceed toward the terminal building.
* Proceed across the two crosswalks, and make a 90-degree turn to the
right.
* Follow the overhead signs toward Frontier/United curbside check-in.
* Proceed until you reach the last set of columns and the end of the
covered area.
* The raised 6' x 10' grassy pet relief area will be 90 degrees to
the left against the concrete wall.
* Pet cleanup bags are located against the concrete wall in the lower
lefthand corner of the pet relief area.
>From Shuttle Drop-off:
* Proceed across the crosswalk, and make a 90-degree turn to the
right.
* Follow the overhead signs toward Frontier/United.
* Proceed about 60 feet from the last set of double doors until you
reach the last set of columns and the end of the covered area.
* The raised 6' x 10' grassy pet relief area will be 90 degrees to
the left against the concrete wall.
* Pet cleanup bags are located against the concrete wall in the lower
lefthand corner of the pet relief area.
>From Inside Terminal Building:
* If on the secure side of the airport, contact an airline
representative about an escort to the pet relief area. The passenger will
have to go through the security screening process again.
* If on public side of the ticket level of the terminal, proceed
through the double doors on the far left side of the building.
* Make a 90-degree left turn.
* Proceed about 60 feet from the last set of double doors until you
reach the last set of columns and the end of the covered area.
* The raised 6' x 10' grassy pet relief area will be 90 degrees to
the left against a concrete wall.
* Pet cleanup bags are located against the concrete wall in the lower
lefthand corner of the pet relief area.
* Note that assistance is available upon request.
