Billy's case was reheard this morning.  Defendants showed up late and the 
judge was irritated at having to rehear the case.  He gave the same ruling 
as last time, vet bills and court costs.  John's going to write a letter to 
the administrative judge, but I don't think anything more will come of this. 
It's just the principle of the thing.  Any counsel would be appreciated.
