[Cagdu] new hearing for Billy

Hi all.  Hope the convention was a wopdoliger, as Dr. Jernigan was wont to 
say.  Well, on to business.

    John Vandervort and Billy are being heard again in Stockton small clames 
court on the 13th.  I'll not be in the court room this time, as I don't 
think it helps John's case to see a guide dog right next to Billy.  In any 
case, I'm glad that the case is being reheard, as the judge was, to say the 
least, incurious.  He didn't care about John's lost earnings, nor that Billy 
was a service animal attacked while  in performance of his duties.

    This doesn't have to do with Billy's case, but I'll ask it anyway.  What 
would have happened if the attack were on a police canine unit type dog? 
Bang! That's what and no questions asked.  I'm just sayin
