[Cagdu] Billy's day in court

Hi all.  John Vandervort and Billy have a court date; Feb. 18th at 1:30 in 
court room b1, Stockton..  Billy's working well as a guide, so this business 
hasn't damaged him in so far as his guide work. We still need an ordinance 
which provides that when a service dog is attacked, the attacking dog must 
be taken immediately to animal control for evaluation or dispozal.  Bye for
