  Attached please find the OCB policies and procedures.  I haven't looked throgh it yet but the current administrator for OCB says their guidelines concerning guide dogs is on the last page.  He said he is interested in our feedback.  I lok forward todiscussiong at our next meetng.  
   
  Our next meeting is this Sunday, December 13, at 6:30 p.m.
