  Subject: [Cagdu] Thank You

  Dear Lt. Downing:

On behalf of the California Association of Guide Dog Users of the National Federation of the Blind of California, thank you for speaking to us at our seminar on August 23. We appreciate your willingness to speak to our association about issues including dog attacks and penalties for denial of access to restaurants. We also appreciate your support and interest.

Again, thank you for taking the time to speak to us.

  Sincerely,

  SHANNON L. DILLON
