  couldn't agree with you more. (Just kidding). Joe and I thought it was a great 
  meeting. Joe and I feel resolutions took up most of the time. You are quit 
  welcome. We agree with jonathan on the resolutions. The board should start 
  earlier on them so, we can have things go more smoothly and cover everything.

I agree. The only bad part was those stupid resolutions
