[Cagdu] resignation

Hello, I know I said I would resign after state convention. However I think
it is best that I step down effective immediately.

Hello Cagduer's
I will be resigning as cagdu secretary after state convention. I am having a
lot of problems with my guide dog right now and I have to retire her and I
am not receiving the support I need from this group at this time. I know
that everyone is worried about elections of our state officers at the
convention and I just have other things to worry about at this time. I think
I am going to step away from  this affiliate for a while. Things are just to
chaotic for me.
