[Cagdu] Super Shuttle

Hello All,
The information I received today, is from Marion Gwizdala.
This is the requirement that Super Shuttle has told him that must 
be followed.
  For transportation into airports, customers are required to 
make advanced reservations.  When making an accessible 
reservation, customers should specify
whether or not an accessible vehicle is required or if a service 
animal will be accompanying the Customer.
