Dear All,
    I was recently contacted by a blind gentleman whose access to 
Super Shuttle was interfered with as the result of the presence 
of his service animal.  He had a similar incident with the 
company about two years ago.  Super Shuttle officials claim that 
this is an isolated incident and are not yet taking it seriously; 
however, I have not yet spoken with them.  I would like to hear 
from others who, because of their service animals, have had their 
access either denied or interfered with.  Please send these
