I'm curious-what is the time limit under the law for euthanizing the dog? Did the police violate the law?

I totally agree with you on this. Joe and I are sending you support on talking with the city counsel. Good Luck Ken. Go Ken. Go for it! Please let us know what happens.

Hi all. I'll be speaking to the City counsel tomorrow.. The thrust of my
comments will be that the response by Stockton Police was a little
lackluster. It was two days, remember before Brandy was taken down to Animal
Control and euthanized.
I don't think that the City Counsel and the Police Department and Animal
Control took into consideration that a Guide dog is the same to a cop as is
a guide dog or service dog to another person. Immediate accommodation to
mitigate these circumstances is the law.
