Hi all.  John Vandervort and I will be on the old Cagdu conference line 
tomorrow, the 14th.  That way, John will be able to answer any remaining 
questions.  I know this is a busy season and I know that most of the 
questions have been discussed.  Still, John is in need of our emotional and,
