[Cagdu] Vet bills for John Vandervort

Hello Ken and All,
I know that the owner has stated, or that the Animal control 
people stated that the expenses will be paid for.
This could take a while, so I would have no problem seeing CAGDU 
help John out.
I am wondering, if John has contacted South Eastern guide dogs to 
see what they say and how they will help.
