[Cagdu] Billy update

Ken,
I am hoping he will be able to work. John is so lucky to have so much support with all of us. I agree with you on the owners paying a fine along with the vet bills. Ken you should find out soon before your court date. I am glad that you and Edison are there. I am also glad to hear that there are puppy raisers to help him. If you talk to John please tell him we are here. Please keep us informed about this. Have a great week-end.

Hi Leener.  There is, of course the problem of 
Billy's being able to work as a guide again.  To that end, Edison and I 
will be around to work with John.  We've got some puppy raisers here also 
that will work with John and Billy.  

    Under the law, the Pit's owners 
should also pay a $2000.00 fine for interfering with a service dog in 
performance of his working.  Juliet, what's that law exactly?

The Pit Bull has been turned over to animal control and will be put down. 
The dog's owners will only pay for part of the bill, so this story isn't
