[Cagdu] Billy update

Hey Ken- John can get the maximum in small claims court. I had  the same
situation happen to me some ten years ago and the people didn't want to pay
the vet bills. When we went to court, the Judge ordered them to pay me the
maximum amount allowed for the state in small claims court. I will be giving
John a call tonight.

The Pit Bull has been turned over to animal control and will be put down. 
The dog's owners will only pay for part of the bill, so this story isn't
over yet.  I gotta go.
