[Cagdu] Billy update

Hi gang.  I sent the Record a copy of my original message to cagdu.  Animal 
Control has been contacted.  The process worked a little more slowly than it 
should have, but it is working.

    This is not the first complaint about this particular dog.  She got out 
through a hole in the fence.  Officers had been to the house before. 
According to John, they told the owners to just put an empty trash can where 
the hole was.  I had some things to say about that in my correspondence with 
the Record.

    At this point, Billy has two tubes in his neck to drain the wounds. 
They'll be removed on Monday.  Meanwhile, John is out $280.00 to pay for the 
vet bill.  He'll be suing in small  claims court for medical bills and lost 
wages because he won't be using Billy for the next week.  I've told John 
that we'll be with him in court if he wants us.  Bye for now.  Ken
