[Cagdu] guide dog attack

Hello Ken and all,
I have spoken with John, who is very shook up, and could use a 
phone call from any one who wants to call.
His dog is most likely going to go home tonight, but it has a 
puncture on his neck, as well as two puncture wounds on his ear.
The ear is the worst and needed stitches.  They have put a tube 
in for drainage, and are watching it very closely.
The police stated, that they could not do anything, for it is up 
to animal control and they will not be available until tomorrow.
Keep john and Billy in your thoughts.
