[Cagdu] heard from BART rep

Great news!  I just heard from the BART rep.  She can come on the 23rd.  She needs to leave by 1:30 so I said we'd fit her into the agenda before so she could leave by 1:30.  She also wanted to know what we'd like her to talk about if if she should do 15 minutes talking and 15 minutes questions.  Should we have her do 15-20 minutes talking and leave the rest of the half hour for questions?
