  Hello Marion,

  OK, I have spoken to the troop, how does Sunday at 5:00 pm sound? There are thirteen of us now and one big wheelchair. Most of us have dogs of course. There are  about eleven dogs, but they are all well behaved and very cute Californians. I guess you and I are the coordinators, so let's coordinate! Oh yes, everyone please help and put your two cents in.

   

  Do you know of any good restaurants around there? I know of one that was across the street. It was reasonable and good, but they were very busy and I don't know if we can make reservations. Also, Peter and Fred found a bar b cue place that they really liked, so Peter might remember where it is.



   It would be nice if we could find a big quiet place like a meeting room and maybe pre order sandwiches and drinks from a deli.  

   

  I know in Dallas and Detroit there was a park right outside the hotel. We need to stay close to the hotel because Robert has a 7:30 pm meeting, and we want him to be able to join us.



  This is all just food for thought...

   

  Everyone come up with your thought and make this a fun time for all!
