Hi Ken:

The incident you describe is very disturbing.  We’d all like to think we 
could stay perfectly cool, but when it comes right down to it, the events 
you wrote about are upsetting just to read about.  I can understand how you 
would have been really angry.  That doesn’t make the arena’s actions okay.  
It doesn’t matter how you reacted.  It is the conduct of the representatives 
in the arena that is the issue.

An attorney with legal expertise in this area would be in a better position 
than I to say for certain, but to me your incident sounds legally 
actionable.  Keep track of the names of everyone you spoke to and when you 
spoke to them.  As soon as possible, write down a detailed account of 
everything that happened.  Your memory will change the farther you get from 
the incident so you should really try to record everything that you remember 
as soon as possible.

Good luck.  I can’t wait to hear how things go.  It sounds like they haven’t 
been willing to talk to you.  This in itself may be a pretty good indication 
that they know they messed up.
