[Cagdu] Seminar Upddate

Hello CAGDU Community:

I have confirmed all of the speakers. We have the door prizes, raffle and food. I have found sighted volunteers to pick up the pizzas. We have coordinated the sitting arrangement and the person to do it,  and a thousand other things are done. However, we are NOT done yet. Below is the check list.   

Assignments to be completed:

Juliet needs to do the agenda.
The CAGDU ERS  who have a calling list. please continue to work with them. Try to make contact. We found a few high schools that had not received the info., I e-mailed the flyer to them,   and I am pleased to say I had positive responses. Please remember if they have not gotten our flyer, get either the fax number or the e-mail address, so we can take care of them ASAP.    

Please those of us that are doing Pr let me know what is going on. For the record the Times Advocate has been taking care of. 

I will be continuing this report with a second e-mail, immediately following . Please pay close attention it is very important.
