Hello All,
Thanks, for the good meeting last night. As we discussed and agreed we must tie- up loose ends and finalized the seminar by Thursday August 9th. 

 Below is a list of work that has been delegated and must be  follow through, so we can successfully finish our project. I have privately spoken to all of you about these assignments and everyone has agreed to get them done. . Please if something comes up and you are unable to follow thru either call or e-mail me

.  I also want to say I am very thankful and feel privileged to have had the opportunity to work with all of you. We are an outstanding group of advocates and achievers  .  There is not a doubt that the CAGDU Community believes in their mission, and  We  plan to overcome unnecessary obstacles.

List of things that MUST be done:
Roger ,- Follow-up on your donation letters, call LIFT (Kathy), call Yellow, Courtesy and Coach Taxi as we discussed today.  JC

Fred, as we discussed, please get started on PR and follow up on Pizza Port and new York Pizza JC

Pat, join Fred on the PR plan and you and I will discuss the list of door prices before Thursday.  JC

Robert, Tiff, Karma and Luis, please make one more attempt to follow up with a phone call to the places on the invitation list that you did not connected with.  Do not bother with ones that you have already have made contact with. Please let me know what you come up with. JC 

Peter, please follow up on the life guard.  JC  

Shannon, I am going to give you Tina's  list to follow-up. I will send you the list on a private e-mail so there is no confusion. JC

Karma, please call the Pizza places we worked on last week  (4 of them). JC

This is list one, I will call Simone, Betz, john, Diane,  Ilene  and Gabriella for list 2. Then we will be done. I lied,  that is after I confirm all of our speakers and write the agenda!!! to all of you!
