I made sure to NOT schedule any captioners on back-to-back sessions, and my invoice at the end of the week reflected the actual times in the case of any overages. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">The tricky part was getting the Zoom hosts to take breaks in the longer sessions (anything scheduled 2 plus hours). For the main sessions - the Banquet, Resolutions, Board Meeting, etc., that are long and not really conducive to a break, I would jump on and switch out the captioner to provide breaks midway through.
